Legal and Code of Conduct Services

DCL has worked with market participants looking to sign a statement of commitment to the FX Global Code. This has been advising on the steps required and identifying the relevant requirements based on the principle of proportionality. This has included training relevant personnel on the importance of the Code in their day to day functions.

DCL also provides Expert Witness and legal advisory services to litigants in the High Courts of Justice in England and Wales, and various other international jurisdictions, and has been involved in a number of high profile FX cases.
